OSCA was given the responsibility of conceptualizing and executing a project to develop a brand-new office space specifically tailored to meet the needs and preferences of China Telecom, a telecommunications company. The primary aim of this project was to create an office environment that resonated with the company's workforce, which predominantly consisted of millennials.

Converting the previous tenant's office into a space that embodies China Telecom's vision was a significant challenge. The designer successfully reimagined the layout, removed partitions, and updated furnishings, infusing the space with a sleek, futuristic aesthetic. We strategically incorporated vibrant colors and dynamic elements to create an inspiring, collaborative workspace that reflects the company's commitment to innovation and connectivity. This transformation turned a fitted office into a vibrant representation of China Telecom's values and aspirations.
