PROJECT MANAGEMENT DEPARMENT

Abu wears many hats as the company's Head of Projects. He holds the key responsibility of ensuring the successful progression of each stage of the project beginning from its initiation to planning, design and execution, right until the closure of the project.

Abu's career in the construction sector began with a role as the project supervisor in charge of monitoring the work progress of the subcontractor and overseeing the overall onsite activities of the project. He lists managing the interior fit-out work for new 33,000 sqft office space within two months as one of his greatest achievements. Both his past and present work experiences have allowed Abu to sharpen his expertise in client networking, project management and preparing administrative paperwork.

Every now and then, Abu will kick back with a warm cup of coffee at his local café, with his favourite tunes playing in the background.
