Feasibility
(Site Survey)
The process begins with an initial consultation to understand your preferences, vision, budget, and timeline. We also conduct a site survey to assess unique characteristics and challenges, informing subsequent design decisions.
Using findings from the feasibility study and your needs, we create a preliminary design concept. This lays the groundwork, outlining the vision for the space. With your input, we develop spatial plans, mood boards, 3D visuals, budget proposals, and aesthetic direction.

Design Development And Confirmation

Throughout the construction process, our assigned project manager along with the site supervisors coordinate the contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the implementation of the final result. They oversee the project’s progress, ensuring that the design is executed as planned.
