Junior & Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities 

  • Develop design concept and space planning with detailed work specifications 

  • Management of projects to target deadlines and budgets

  • Conceptualize; execute and implement creative ideas

  • Liaise with suppliers / constructors / clients required for all projects

  • Involve in site measurement, layout plan & selection of material used 

Requirements: 

  • Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent

  • Minimum 3 / 8 years of experience in commercial interior design 

  • Creative & Innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions

  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, Photoshop, Sketchup

  • Possess excellent design flair with a high standard with an eye for details

  • Strong in design concept & detail drawings

  • Able to handle projects from design to construction

  • Good in perspective drawings & space

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Project Management (PJM) Agent & any potential client to create new business opportunities under project management platform. 

  • To work closely with Business Development Team during the pitching stage.

  • To attend site meetings, attend client’s briefing / site measurement.

  • To Prepare work schedules and monitoring of project costing during Pitching Stage.

  • To Prepare work progress report and coordination with all partied involved including internal Construction & Commercial team during Construction Stage.

  • To ensure work progress smoothly & completed with target time and budget.

  • To ensure the profit margin is achieved accordingly the set target.

  • Arrange submission of plans to local authorities for approval and arrange inspections of building work to kick off projects with internal construction team.

  • Recommend nonconforming product disposition actions and corrective/ improvement actions for project/product deficiencies

  •  Day to Day Project Management, include liaison with all parties involved in the project (include the Architects, Designer, Consultant, Main & Sub Contractors, supplier and other M & E Contractor etc.)

Requirements

  • Min 3 years of related experience in Interior Design Industry / Renovation

  • Diploma or Degree holder Engineering / Building / Construction, Architecture or equivalent (Candidates with experience in the Architecture and Interior Works will be advantageous) 

  • Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines

  • Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.

  • Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication.

  • Resourceful: Able to adapt according to the changing environment.

  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors

3D Visualizer

Responsibilities

  • Managing projects timeline and provide quality assurance on creative deliverables.

  • Work closely with Designers to produce compelling 3D graphic representation in a graphic form, photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations based on concept and initial design intent. 

  • Efficient in modelling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modelling packages.

  • Advanced production scene including compositing 2D and 3D image, finishing and retouching, texturing, lighting, camera animation on 3D rendering and walk-through projects. 

  • Development of a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.

  • Capable of modelling projects from minimum sketches, supervision and coordinate independently with designers

  • Meticulous and knowledgeable in post-production to enhance visuals/walk-through.

Requirements

  • Creative & innovative with a proven ability to craft strong design concepts & prepare efficient layout solutions.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as 3D Visualizer in corporate office interiors and good understanding of design (image composition, proportion, materials, details, furniture, fixtures)

  • Adaptable and demonstrate a keen eye for detail, composition and visual narrative

  • Proficient in 3dsMax, Vray, Sketchup, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier AutoCAD and Adobe Suite.

  • Ability to lead/co-lead designs and projects
