A Night of Glamour and Giving: The Great Gatsby Gala Fundraiser 2025
On 29 August 2025, OSCA Asia was honoured to be part of a spectacular evening of glitz, generosity, and community spirit at the Great Gatsby Gala Fundraiser Dinner. Hosted by Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) and organised under the leadership of City Developments Limited (CDL), the event marked MHR’s 30th anniversary while raising funds in support of Community Chest.
Stepping Into the Roaring Twenties
Themed after the elegance of the Great Gatsby era, the evening transported guests back to the roaring 1920s. Attendees arrived in stunning attire, sequined gowns, tuxedos, feathered headpieces, and pearls. Bringing the timeless sophistication of the Jazz Age to life, the ballroom was transformed into a setting of grandeur, with shimmering décor, live music, and an atmosphere that perfectly captured the essence of Gatsby’s legendary soirées.
An Evening of Purpose
Beyond the glamour, the true highlight of the evening was its mission: supporting Community Chest in uplifting lives across Singapore. Through the generosity of attendees, the gala raised funds to empower vulnerable communities and provide crucial resources for those in need. The blend of celebration and charity created an inspiring reminder that luxury and purpose can exist hand in hand.
