The OSCA team worked closely with Ark Group to understand their operational needs and brand essence. The result is a dynamic environment that flows effortlessly—from welcoming client-facing zones to more intimate collaboration spaces. The design language features a contemporary mix of clean lines, warm finishes, and intelligent spatial planning to support both privacy and openness where needed.

A strong emphasis was placed on workplace fluidity and modern aesthetics. Meeting rooms are designed to be both elegant and acoustically sound, while open-plan areas promote teamwork and agility. Breakout lounges and pantry zones are bright and inviting, offering staff a comfortable area to connect, recharge, or have informal discussions.
