OSCA 受委托为中国电信创建一个新的办公空间。客户的设计要求是为其设计一个年轻、有趣且充满活力的空间，并且能够反映出年轻气派现象的空间。
该项目面临的最大挑战是必须使用前租户安装的现有结构和家具，包括办公室设计、现有隔板和系统家具。设计师将这些元素融入到新的布局中，打造出一个简约、充满未来感和充满活力的办公空间，体现了中国电信的精神。
