The Ark Group Global’s new Singapore office is a masterclass in balancing sleek design with functionality. Located in the prominent Odeon 333, this 8,130 sqft workspace reflects the firm’s stature and forward-looking vision, showcasing how a modern Ark office can be both inspiring and efficient.

The OSCA team worked closely with the Ark Group to understand their operational needs and brand essence, ensuring the environment aligns with the identity of the Ark Group Singapore. The result is a dynamic space that flows effortlessly, from welcoming client-facing zones to more intimate collaboration areas. Its contemporary design blends clean lines, warm finishes, and intelligent spatial planning to support both privacy and openness where needed—an elevated representation of the Ark Group brand and its global standard.

A strong emphasis was placed on workplace fluidity and modern aesthetics in the Ark Group Singapore. Meeting rooms are designed to be both elegant and acoustically sound, while open-plan areas promote teamwork and agility. Breakout lounges and pantry zones are bright and inviting, offering staff a comfortable area to connect, recharge, or have informal discussions.
