Feasibility

The process usually starts with an initial consultation, where the designer gets to know you, your preferences, and your vision for the space. We will discuss your budget, timeline, and any specific requirements you may have. This laos includes conducting a comprehensive site survey to assess the space and understand its unique characteristics and challenges. This phase lays the groundwork for the design process, providing valuable insights that inform subsequent decisions.
Drawing upon the findings from the feasibility study and your specific requirements, our team develops a preliminary design concept. This initial concept serves as the foundation for the project, outlining the overall vision and direction for the space. Based on your input, the interior designer will develop a concept or design scheme for your space. This includes spatial planning, mood boards and 3D visualisation, budget submission, and identification of the overall aesthetic direction.

Design Development And Confirmation
After the project has been awarded to OSCA, we move to the development phase of the design part. Through close collaboration with you, we refine the design proposal, incorporating your feedback and making adjustments till the resulst as per anticipated. This interative process ensures that the final design aligns perfectly with your vision and objectives. Furniture and Materials Selection is another vital part of the phase, where our designer helps you select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that align with the design concept. We will provide recommendations, source the products, manage the procurement and delivery, along with the installation on site.
Throughout the construction process, our assigned project manager along with the site supervisors coordinate the contractors, suppliers, and other professionals involved in the implementation of the final result. They oversee the project’s progress, ensuring that the design is executed as planned.
